Aches & Pains – Warming Up

So firstly I hope I find you all safe and well.

Onto the fitness talk…

Have you started a new fitness routine at home?

A lot of us are now embarking on new routines and home workout programmes…actually some of us are more active than ever!

Unfortunately with this new level of activity there can sometimes be some bumps in the road….

Niggling aches and pains can arise!

Over the next few months I will be blogging on some of the warning signs and appropriate actions that you can take to combat them.

Here are some things to consider:

– Are you giving your body enough recovery time between workouts?
– Is your nutrition on point for the amount of exercise you are doing to ensure optimal repair?
– Are you thoroughly warming up/ cooling down?
– Are you performing the right exercises that are appropriate and realistic to your abilities for you as an individual?
